What a LONG 24 hours it has been!
It is 10pm here in Munich and we are checking the students into their rooms.
They are exhausted, and so are we.
We arrived on time in Munich and travelled to the city center where we had our lunch at a variety of restaurants.
Our first samplings of good German food!
Then we had a walking tour of the city center and then to the hotel where we could freshen up after the long flight and long day.
We walked the students to neighborhood restaurants and cafes for dinner – they chose many different foods from German to Sushi to Ribs.
A great first day and are excited for tomorrow’s trip to see Neuschwanstein and Die Wies (Church in the Meadow) where we will have an impromtu concert!
